The LINEA token claim period opens on September 10, 2025, and closes on December 9, 2025, at 23:59 UTC. Any unclaimed tokens will return to the Linea Consortium Ecosystem Fund to support future ecosystem initiatives.

Token Distribution
10% of LINEA tokens for early users and strategic builders, fully unlocked.
75% allocated to the Ecosystem Fund to support long-term growth and Ethereum public goods.
4% of the Ecosystem Fund rewards liquidity providers from the Linea Surge, fully unlocked at TGE.
15% retained by Consensys under a five-year lockup.
Importantly, no tokens were sold to investors or employees.

The first LINEA airdrop targets participants in the Linea Voyage (LXP) and Linea Surge (LXP-L) campaigns. To qualify, users had to meet activity thresholds and pass Proof-of-Humanity verification.

Tiers: Seven tiers based on participation, with linear distribution within each tier
Boosts: Three 10% boosts for early usage, sustained activity, and MetaMask product interactions
LXP-L Participants

Distribution: Linear with no maximum caps
Focus: Incentivizes liquidity provision during the Linea Surge
