Cardano (ADA to INR) is nearing a decisive point. Analysts say the token could climb toward $4 if resistance breaks, or fall back to $0.51 if support fails. Marcus Smith, a technical analyst, said Cardano’s chart shows a cup‑and‑handle pattern. He explained that whales have already finished accumulating ADA, which often happens before a rally. Based on this setup, Smith expects the price to move between $0.92 and $4.

Another analyst, Nike Silver, pointed to a descending triangle that has held Cardano in place for seven months. He said ADA must close above $0.85 to $0.90 to confirm a reversal. If it fails to hold support near $0.57 to $0.60, Silver warned the price could fall back to $0.51.

Aniekeme Umoh shared Nike’s post and noted that the pending decision on a Cardano exchange‑traded fund (ETF) will decide the outcome. He recalled that earlier this year, Cardano’s inclusion in the U.S. Strategic Crypto Reserve triggered a one‑day rally of nearly 48%.

Chang Hard Fork Puts Token Holders in Control — But Will They Step Up?

The Chang hard fork introduced a new system of on‑chain governance for Cardano. A hard fork is a major update to a blockchain that changes its rules permanently. Before this upgrade, most decisions were made by developers. Now, ADA holders can create proposals and vote on them directly. They can also choose representatives, called dReps, to vote on their behalf. Analysts say this gives the community real control over the network, though the system depends on enough holders participating in the process.

Cardano is also developing Hydra, a second‑layer system built on top of the main blockchain. Its purpose is to handle more transactions at once while keeping costs low and processing times fast. This upgrade is aimed at making Cardano more competitive with blockchains like Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL), which already process high volumes of transactions.

Another project under development is Midnight, a sidechain designed for private smart contracts. A sidechain is a separate blockchain connected to the main one. Midnight focuses on privacy, allowing businesses and individuals to keep sensitive data confidential while still running on Cardano. Analysts say Hydra and Midnight could both expand Cardano’s use cases if they launch successfully.

Bitcoin at $118K Keeps ADA on Edge With Correlation Near Record Highs

Cardano also remains closely tied to Bitcoin. ADA’s thirty‑day correlation with Bitcoin stands at 0.91. With Bitcoin trading above $118,000, ADA could benefit if Bitcoin stays strong. But a correction in Bitcoin would likely pull ADA lower as well.

Additionally, Recent data from Santiment shows a rise in large ADA transactions worth over one million dollars. Analysts interpret this as whale accumulation. They explain that whales often build positions ahead of big market moves, though they also caution that heavy selling by whales could quickly push prices down.

Furthermore, Cardano’s daily active addresses have fallen below 500,000, compared with peaks near one million in late 2024. Transaction volumes remain steady but are lower than last year’s highs. Development activity, however, continues at a strong pace.

With that,  Cardano consistently ranks among the most active projects in terms of code contributions. They say the network’s long‑term outlook remains supported by this development, but a recovery in user activity will be needed to drive a sustained price rally.
