Cardano Analysts Call for $2 as SEC Puts ADA in First Multi-Crypto ETF

Analysts are presenting a bullish outlook for Cardano (ADA), setting their sights on the $2 level as the next milestone. Chris, a trader on X, said ADA has climbed back above the weekly Ichimoku cloud while forming a series of higher highs and higher lows. He explained that this steady climb shows buyers are controlling the market, with each rally ending higher than the last and each pullback stopping at a stronger level. In his view, the trend is strong enough to carry ADA toward $2.

SEC Approves First Multi-Crypto ETF Including ADA

These forecasts arrive as Cardano gains recognition in regulated U.S. markets. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved Grayscale’s Digital Large Cap Fund (GDLC) to trade on NYSE Arca. The fund, which holds Bitcoin, Ether, XRP, Solana, and Cardano, is the first multi-crypto exchange-traded product in the United States.

GDLC manages more than $915 million in assets and has a net asset value of $57.7 per share. For Cardano, being included in the fund is strategically important. Bitcoin and Ether already benefit from spot ETFs. XRP has received a boost from its partial court win against the SEC, while Solana has grown on fast transaction speeds and developer activity. Cardano’s inclusion puts it on the same footing as these assets in the eyes of institutional investors.

This matters because many funds and brokerage clients cannot buy tokens directly but can buy regulated products like GDLC. That opens the door for new capital to flow into ADA.

Price Outlook Points to $1.50 and $2 Levels

Cardano price currently stands at $0.91 on the daily chart. The price has been moving inside an upward channel since July, meaning both its highs and lows have been climbing steadily. This shows the market is trending upward rather than sideways or down.

The token is also trading above four major moving averages — the 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day lines. These averages are used to smooth out short-term swings and shows the overall trend. When the price is above them, it suggests that buyers are in control. For ADA, staying above these averages at $0.87, $0.84, $0.80, and $0.76 confirms that the broader trend is positive.

The next test is $1.15, where the upper line of the rising channel comes in. This area is resistance, meaning sellers could step in to slow the rally. If ADA breaks above it, the market could move toward $1.50. Clearing that level would bring the analysts’ $2 target into play.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI), which tracks whether an asset is overbought or oversold, is at 58. A reading under 70 means the market is not overheated, leaving room for further gains. On the downside, ADA has strong support between $0.55 and $0.60. This zone acted as a floor earlier in the year, with buyers stepping in to stop declines. As long as ADA holds above that area, the uptrend remains intact.

A Breakout Could Reach the $2 Milestone

If ADA stays inside the rising channel and above its moving averages, the ADA price is expected to test $1.00 and then $1.15 in the short term. A breakout above that level would make $1.50 the next target, followed by the $2 milestone highlighted by analysts.

If the token fails to clear $1.15 and slips below $0.87, it could fall back to the $0.75–$0.80 range. A deeper drop below $0.60 would weaken the bullish case, but that level has acted as strong support in the past.
