Eligibility for the airdrop was determined through snapshots taken on March 6 and July 15, 2024. Additionally, XION analyzed both on-chain and off-chain data to ensure fair distribution. Factors considered include transaction volumes, engagement consistency, and participation in XION projects.

XION Testnet Developments

XION’s testnet has played a crucial role in stress testing its blockchain infrastructure ahead of the mainnet launch. Testnet participants engaged with custom logic upgrades, Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC), and user experience refinements. The testnet also served as a platform for applications like EarnOS and BlockX, which helped improve XION’s blockchain infrastructure. Community engagement from over 150 countries contributed to the blockchain’s readiness for real-world deployment.

Anti-Sybil Measures

To ensure fair distribution, XION has also implemented advanced anti-Sybil mechanisms. The development team collaborated with experts to identify and exclude addresses flagged for suspicious activity. These measures included clustering analysis, machine learning models, and checks against compliance databases. Conversely, users with concerns about eligibility exclusions can submit appeals through an official form.

Notably, participants can verify their eligibility for the airdrop at https://believe.xion.burnt.com.  Tokens are not yet claimable or listed on exchanges.
