NIGERIA (CoinChapter.com) – Famous crypto influencer and chief executive officer (CEO) of Binance exchange, Changpeng Zhao, aka CZ, has officially become the world’s wealthiest crypto billionaire.
Bloomberg cited its namesake “billionaire index” to estimate that CZ’s net worth has reached $96 billion, making him worth more than Indian business mogul Mukesh Ambani, whose net worth stands at $92.9 billion.
The index specified that CZ’s net worth does not include his Bitcoin and Binance Coin holding, which he recently revealed he had stashed for many years and had not sold. As a result, his net worth may be more than $96bn.

However, with the many potentials of the crypto industry and Binance growth trajectory, there’s thethere’sility that soon, Zhao would be worth more than other tech giants like Warren Buffet, Mark Zuckerberg, Sergey Brin, among others.
These tech giants rank above Zhao in the list of wealthiest billionaires globally, where Tesla CEO Elon Musk leads, followed by Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, and Bernard Annault as number three.
Others in the top 10 are Bill Gates, Larry Page, and Steve Ballmer.
