The electric car company had announced earlier in the year that futuristic new electric vehicles will be able to mine cryptocurrencies. And now, they are officially starting the mining of cryptocurrencies using a new vehicle prototype dubbed Spiritus.

The release will make Spiritus the first car to mine cryptocurrencies, and Daymak Spiritus will be the first automaker to make crypto-mining vehicles.

The three-legged electric vehicle comes equipped with high-tech mining hardware and blockchain technology. This will enable the vehicle to mine all kinds of cryptocurrencies, from Bitcoin to Dogecoin, etc. And the vehicle will do this while it is stationary and charging.

Your vehicle pays for itself while it charges

Daymak had announced the Spiritus to be the first cryptocurrency mining vehicle back in June. The Spiritus has installed in it the Nebula system.

Nebula is the world’s first comprehensive cryptocurrency suite for electric vehicles. And it will allow every Spiritus car to manage and mine crypto no matter where they are on the planet. This makes the Spiritus car the first car in history to continuously make money for its owner. And it does so while the car is not in use.

The president of Daymak said they were proud to incorporate two of the most disruptive technologies in their EV offering.

“Blockchain technology and cryptocurrency are two of the most disruptive innovations of our time, and we are proud to be the first auto-manufacturer in history to incorporate it into our Spiritus EV offering,” said Aldo Baiocchi. “While every other car sits depreciating in the garage, Spiritus owners will have a vehicle that has the potential to pay for itself while it’s parked.”
