YEREVAN (CoinChapter.com) — US President Joe Biden had a chronic problem regarding classified documents.
Throughout his long political career, he allegedly failed to adhere to basic rules and carried secret files out of the various elected offices he held. In a recent development, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has discovered a fresh set of six boxes containing confidential information from his home in Delaware.
His opponents now claim President Biden is a national security threat.
According to the US President’s lawyer Bob Bauer, some of the classified documents found after a 13-hour search were from his time as a senator. Biden represented Delaware in the US Senate between 1973 to 2009.
The new pile found at his house also contained sensitive information from Biden’s tenure as vice president under Barack Obama from 2009 to 2017. According to Bauer, they included “personally handwritten notes,” which the FBI seized along with “surrounding materials.”
The Biden Administration has received a lot of flack from political opponents. His party members are US citizens. World’s richest man Elon Musk also criticized Biden for the ordeal.
The two have occasionally hit out at one another, particularly after Biden said Musk’s relationships with foreign countries are “worthy of being looked at.” But, of course, this was when the world’s richest man was acquiring Twitter.

The latest development comes days after news broke that the Justice Department had discovered hidden confidential documents in Biden’s think tank, the Penn Bidden Centre, last November. Authorities kept the discovery hidden ahead of the mid-term elections of the same month.
On December 20, authorities discovered a second batch of records in the garage at his Wilmington home. Then, on January 12, 2023, the justice department found another document in the storage space of the house.
The discovery of the latest documents has brought fresh criticism to Joe Biden. Before his opponents can digest one controversy, another pops up. Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik called Biden “a grave threat to our national security.”
However, his fellow Democrats are not ready to tolerate his embarrassing actions either. They have come out to slam Biden for illegally bringing the classified documents home.
Dick Durbin, the second-ranking Democrat in the Senate, insisted that Joe Biden should be “embarrassed by the situation.” In a recent conversation with CNN, Durbin said Biden bears ultimate responsibility.
Democratic Senator from West Virginia Joe Manchin also called the US President’s actions “irresponsible,” for which he should “have a lot of regrets.”
“It’s just hard to believe that in the United States of America, we have a former president and a current president that are basically in the same situation. How does this happen?”
he told CNN.
With new classified documents surfacing from Joe Biden’s property, it is evident that he couldn’t help breaking the law. What implications this will have eventually is early to determine.
