PocketFi is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform that integrates blockchain technology with financial services. The platform offers features like decentralized exchanges (DEXes), integration with various chains, and user-friendly applications. The PocketFi has announced for a token airdrop through which the platform will distribute the its native token, SWITCH, to active participants.

The PocketFi token (SWITCH) is the primary token in the PocketFi ecosystem. SWITCH mining started on April 4, 2024, and will continue until Q4 2024. Mining SWITCH tokens involves a process that requires users to claim tokens within a specific time. If users do not claim them within six hours, the tokens burn permanently.

The PocketFi platform manages all mining processes on its servers, ensuring consistent operation. The system does not rely on users’ device power. Users can increase their mining speed by completing tasks like subscribing to the PocketFi Telegram channel or performing token swaps.

Details of Upcoming PocketFi Airdrop

The PocketFi has only announced that its airdrop is going to be happen soon, but has not revealed exact date yet.

Users can participate in airdrop and earn SWITCH tokens by completing tasks, joining the community, and referring friends. 

A total of 51% of SWITCH tokens are allocated for mining during the initial phase. The remaining 49% is divided between the team (24%) and the DAO (25%). This distribution model ensures a significant portion of tokens are in the hands of active users. 

Once the mining phase ends, PocketFi will launch and list its token during airdrop phase. After that, users can withdraw, sell, or exchange their SWITCH tokens on the prices determined by market dynamics.
