Key Takeaways:

  • Popular crypto analyst Ben Armstrong, who founded BitBoy Crypto, fears for his life.
  • He believes he has unearthed a huge money laundering ring that involves influential people.
  • As a result, his adversaries are out to silence him, which may bring about his death.

YEREVAN (CoinChapter.com) — Controversial crypto analyst Ben Armstrong, who once went by the name “BitBoy,” is starting another storm in the teacup.

He now claims there is a chance that he may “mysteriously die” soon because he has uncovered a “money laundering ring.” The fun part? He knows the people who will be responsible for his death if something were to happen to him.

Why would anyone want to kill Ben Armstrong?

In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), the crypto influencer named Brian Evans and Daniel Gouldman as the possible suspects in his upcoming death.

Ben Armstrong believes influential people want him dead because of the things he knows.

Evans is an online marketing specialist, an angel investor, and a crypto NFT influencer.

Gouldman, meanwhile, is the Founder and CEO of Ternio, a blockchain technology company.

According to Armstrong, many influential people, including billionaires, are involved in this money laundering ring. They have colluded with NFT influencer Justin Williams to influence the market and orchestrate a pump-and-dump scheme.

Williams is one of the several people Armstrong has a problem with. He is the CEO at NFT marketplace Voomio. According to Armstrong, Williams thrives on scamming people.

Armstrong believes there is an attempt to silence him. He is threatening to reveal the identities of those involved.

“Guys this is serious for me. I have tapped into one of the biggest… if not the biggest money laundering crypto ring in America and they are coming for me. The only protection is my voice. And the community if something happens to me,”

 he wrote.

Meanwhile, Armstrong believes Daniel Gouldman is sending his contacts to threaten him.

Some of the hostility also resonates from the massive crash in the price of BEN tokens.

Launched by Armstrong, the token has lost over 35% in its price in the past week alone. He believes some of his former colleagues are behind the dump.

At the time of writing, BEN exchanges hands at $0.0000000314. This is nearly 90% below its all-time high of $0.0000002725 on May 25, 2023.

Ben Armstrong has been in the news a lot lately

Of late, there has been a lot of good blood between Armstrong and many names in the crypto industry. In late August, he was kicked out of BitBoy Crypto, the company he founded. It was because of this company that he rose to fame with that nickname.

TJ Shedd, the CEO of Hit Network, which owns BitBoy Crypto, among other ventures, also announced the removal of Armstrong on a livestream

The company accused him of substance abuse and creating problems at the workplace. Meanwhile, Ben Armstrong maintained that TJ Shedd & Justin Williams orchestrated “a coup” against him.

Armstrong has remained in the news over the past few months. In September, he was arrested while live-streaming his argument with former business partner Carlos Diaz. He had gone to Diaz’s house to confront him about his Lamborghini that Diaz allegedly extorted from him.

Earlier this month, he revealed that his wife Bethany had filed for divorce. He also made public that he has been having an affair with Cassandra Wolfe, who goes by DuchessOfDeFi on X.

Wolfe had previously worked as Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships at BitBoy Crypto.
